Tadaa, nur 4 Tage und etliche Schreibarbeit und Kontaktversuche hat es gebraucht, bis dann schließlich doch endlich ein CSR kam (das war gegen 0.30 Uhr) und sich meiner annahm. Ich habe ihm und SOE die Erlaubnis gegeben auf meinen Account einloggen zu dürfen. Hier die Mail vom CSR:

We found out that the problem was that somehow your inventory and safety deposit box became disassociated with your character. We corrected this problem and you should now be able to access both your inventory and safety deposit box. We also suggest that you delete your profiles folder once more and run Full Scan from the launchpad prior to logging on. If you are still experiencing problems, please feel free to email me.
Your password was reset to [hihi versteckt] to allow us to log into your character. You can reset your password by clicking on Register Expansion from the Launchpad.
