      was amch ich nur falsch beim bestellen?

      -ich hab bei gamestop.com bestellt

      -ich habe billing- UND shipping-adresse die selbe

      -ich habe Kreditkarte VISA

      -ich habe Firmen-email-adresse angegeben (mein.name@Firma.com) keine hotmail/web/etc.

      WAS MACH ICH FALSCH, ddas ich weder eine antwortemail, noch eine abrechnung des Betrages, oder eine Trackingnummer von UPS bekomme?

      Also ich hab auch beide Adressen gleich eingegeben, hab auch keine hotmail/web.de/gmx-Adresse angegeben, sondern ne richtige, aber ich hab ne Mastercard, keine VISA. Denke aber nicht, dass das nen Unterschied macht.

      Ich bekam beim Bestellen gleich ne automatisierte Confirmation Mail und als das Paket schon fast da war, kam dann sogar nochmal eine wir-haben-verschickt-Mail mit ner Tracking-ID.


      Schau mal einfach auf deren Website. Dort kannst auch deine laufenden Bestellungen listen lassen und den Status abrufen. Brauchst nur die Bestellnummer.

      vielleicht ist es wircklich die anzahl der bestellungen, oder deine angaben sind irgendie nicht korrekT? schau mal genau deine email adresse an und überprüfe ob sie richtig ist , ich hab nähmlich mal 3 tage auf die freischalt email von sony. station.com gewartet, bis ich gemerkt hab , dass ich ne falsch email angegeben habe.

      ich habe schon oft genug meinen status und meine angaben kontrolliert hier , ich weiss nicht woranb es liegt, soll ich einfach canceln und nochmal betstellen?

      ich bin so verzweifelt ;(

      Also ich habe ja wie gesagt heute morgen bestellt bei GameStop und habe sofort ne Bestätigungsmail auf @gmx.net bekommen.

      Was noch passiert und ob ich es bekomme sage ich wenn etwas passiert oder auch nix.

      ok das mit meiner kk-abrechnung kann ich ja vergessen, da ich ja die kk neu hab, aslo keine kk-abrechnung hab vom letzten monat, was soll ich nur tun?

      ich will endlich das game, und kami auch wir warten schon lange, bei ebgames bestellt->gecancelt, jetzt bei gamestop bestellt->passiert auch nix.

      Ich bin sicher nicht der Englischcrack aber ich hab mal ein paar Veränderungen vorgenommen von dennen ich denke das die "besser" passen. Aber der Unterricht ist schon so lange her...

      so ich habe eine mail hingeshcikt, wie boy und kami mir vorgeschlagen ( hab einfach abgeschrieben :P ) haben.

      nun sofort die antwort erhalten:

      Statment ist doch nicht unbedingt die Rechnung oder? Hast du nicht ne andere Unterlage von der Bank wo das alles draufsteht und faxen kannst?
